Winter season in Pamporovo will last until the end of the April holidays

Pamporovo offers excellent conditions for skiing, snowboarding and winter sports, especially for beginners. The ski resorts of Pamporovo and Mechichal are open at full capacity, overcoming the problems caused by the thunderstorm that broke out over the weekend.

And the winter season at the ski resort is planned to be extended until the end of the April holidays.

 

The Rhodope resort hotels are almost full of tourists, and the high occupancy rate will remain until the end of February. In February, Pamporovo is mainly visited by English, Romanian and Serbian tourists. This week, the resort is hosting more English groups, as the UK is currently on winter holidays. Next week, the Romanian and Serbian holiday groups are overwhelmingly booked.

Every Saturday at Studenets Square until the end of the ski season there will be a snow party with invited DJs.

In March, the tourist flow is expected to be mainly from Bulgarian clients. On March 3, a traditional festive descent with costumes and Bulgarian flags is planned. Thousands of Bulgarians from home and abroad come to celebrate the National Day with a ski procession along the tourist trail from the Snejanka peak.

Big discounts in Pamporovo from March 5th.

From March 5 until the end of the winter season, new lower prices for ski passes, ski packages and accommodation in the five-star hotels Orlovets and Perelik will come into effect at the resort. The price of a one-day ski pass for an adult (22 to 65 years old) is BGN 75, for youth (12 to 22 years old) and adults over 65 – BGN 59 and for children (7 to 65 years old (12 years old) – BGN 45. A ski pass in a package with equipment will cost BGN 85 for an adult, BGN 64 for youth and BGN 50 for a child per day.

To encourage more activity among teenagers, from March 5th Pamporovo announces exclusive packages for children and youth and increases the age limit in the youth category from 18 to 22 years. Complete ski packages for a minimum of two days, which include a full-day ski pass, equipment and 4 hours of group ski lessons, start at BGN 88 per child and BGN 21 per youth per day.

Lessons for the little ones in the children’s ski garden of the Malina ski center will cost 40 BGN for half a day and 70 BGN for a full day with lunch. Ski services are available in the Pamporovo AD cloakrooms. From March 5, the five-star hotels Perelik and Orlovets also announce special March packages with a 50% discount for stays from Sunday to Thursday at a price of 80 BGN per person per day.

Attractive discounts and special family offers from the Orlovets Hotel are valid already in February during the so-called Family Days from February 25 to 29, 2024.

Until the end of the season, guests of both hotels will be able to use the free children’s corner with animation at the Perelik Hotel.
